Our spicy margarita
Muddle in your shaker…
- A slice of chilli
- A few coriander leaves
Add…
- 50ml Pelo del Perro Espadín Mezcal
- 25ml lime juice
- 15ml runny blossom honey
- A handful of ice cubes
Shake well…
Strain into a short glass rimmed with Tajín or chilli salt, over ice
Garnish with a slice of chilli or lime
Notes: If you are using strongly flavoured honey, substitute some for simple sugar syrup or agave nectar to balance the flavour.
