- 50ml Pelo del Perro Espadín Mezcal
- 50ml grapefruit juice
- 10ml lime juice
- 10ml runny blossom honey
- A handful of ice cubes
Shake well…
Strain into a long glass rimmed with salt, over ice.
Top up with soda water
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit
