ADD TO A SHAKER…
DRY SHAKE WITHOUT ICE FOR 30 SECONDS
ADD ICE, SHAKE AGAIN (see notes below)
STRAIN INTO A CHILLED COUPE GLASS AND ADD A DASH OF BITTERS TO SERVE
Notes: Use one large ice cube and one small one. Once the small one has melted and you can’t hear it in the shaker, you know you’ve shaken it enough.
