Orders can be placed securely via our WooCommerce checkout.
We accept payments through Revolut and other methods displayed at checkout.
A contract is only formed once we dispatch your order. We may cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch if we detect an issue (e.g., payment failure or stock error).
We can only deliver to the UK mainland.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and offer delivery options at checkout.
Delivery fees and estimated times are provided during the checkout process.
Our courier partners will request valid photo ID at the point of delivery. If suitable ID cannot be produced, the delivery will be refused and you may be charged for re-delivery.
Pelo del Perro Ltd is not responsible for delays outside our control, including postal or customs delays.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
Note: We cannot accept returns for:
Perishable or custom-made items
Opened hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. Mezcal bottles), Unless they are faulty.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
