A refresh of the Cortés’ award winning Espadín. This time available exclusively in 4L ‘garaffónes’ for trade.
The batch was made from 13 tonnes of 8 year old Espadín capón. The capón cut was made 5 months prior to harvest.
The batch has all the lovely bright citrus and caramel notes typical of a Cortés Espadín. It’s mineral too, and light on the smoke front.
