Add to your shaker…
- 30ml Pelo del Perro Madrecuishe Mezcal
- 30ml blanco vermouth
- 30ml Campari
- A handful of ice cubes
Stir until chilled…
Pour into a short glass, over a large ice cube
Express orange oil from some orange peel over the glass
Garnish with a slice of orange peel
Notes: Red or sweet vermouth works well too, but blanco vermouth allows the mezcal to shine.
